During the wait, you wear a temporary that can be uncomfortable, fragile, and unattractive. Our digital workflow eliminates this entire process.

The CEREC system represents the pinnacle of chairside CAD/CAM technology. It combines three components working together: a high-resolution intraoral scanner that captures detailed 3D images of your teeth (replacing messy impression trays), sophisticated design software that allows your restoration to be engineered on screen with precision, and an in-office milling unit that carves your custom restoration from a solid block of premium dental ceramic.

Here is how it works: Dr. Chireau prepares your tooth and scans it with the digital camera. The scan appears on a high-resolution monitor as a detailed 3D model. Using advanced CAD software, he designs your restoration — adjusting the shape, contours, and bite to perfection. Once the design is finalized, the milling unit fabricates your crown or veneer from a block of high-strength ceramic in approximately 15 minutes. After a brief sintering and glazing process, your restoration is bonded to your tooth. Total time: approximately two hours.

Our technology works with premium materials including IPS e.max lithium disilicate (offering exceptional aesthetics and strength), zirconia (the strongest ceramic available for back teeth), and advanced composite resins. Each material is selected based on the specific restoration needed — front teeth receive the most natural-looking ceramics, while back teeth get maximum-strength materials.
